1. Callling other IP
phones from myvoipline phone?
The voip phones we sell can talk to any voip product on the market. However,
by default they are configured/registered to work with our voIP servers.
Therefore, by default, you can contact other voIP phones that are registered
to our voIP server. myvoipline products can be reconfigured to work
with other voIP service provider, and since our price is very competitive, you
can always purchase a myvoipline phone and configure it for a different
voIP service provider. myvoipline phones are capable of calling out of
our system (voIP servers); however, other systems are not yet open to this
concept.

. If I have myvoipline and someone calls me collect, how does it work?
There will be NO such thing as collect or prepaid anymore, as long as that
party that calling you on your line has IP phone like you do. Please remember
IP phones are "toll-free" and both parties need to have one each in order to
take advantage of this freedome.

. Do the phones have call display (phone numbers) of people calling?
Yes! plus more features as showned on the above diagram

. If my internet connections are down, does this mean that I cannot use my
phone and have no phone line?
That's correct, but again not many fast speed internet provider has that
problem. This falls under the category of "chances".

. Does this phone offer voicemail and message centre features? or can it be
linked to other suppliers who offer message centre services if the phone line
is cancelled due to myvoipline? or do some phones have answering
machine features?
Yes! myvoipline has answering features. Plenty of room for voice mail,
which you can access from your email, storage space is like your computer hard
drive. It comes in mega bite, digital and clearer.
No! you do not need to link
myvoipline with any other old-style telephone line suppliers. You do not
need them anymore. This is a new generation phone.

. Does this mean that I can cancel my long distance phone line (plan), hence
discontinue monthly service charges by my telephone provider completely?
Absolutely right! You got it!

. Can I make calls to landline from my VoIP phone?
The answers is like we explained in the diagram (about VoIP page), both
parties have to have myvoipline IP phone each. For examples, one for
Africa party and one for wherever the other party is located in the world.
Since our service is to provide FREE voice over IP, which means we have a VoIP
server to handle free VoIP conversations, calling land lines (old fashioned
phones) would incur long distance charges. In order to call land lines without
incurring long distance charges, a voIP server must exist in the destination
city or area code. If we were to also provide this service, then we would not
be able to continue offering VoIP for FREE.
Please remember IP to IP is
what myvoipline phones about. NO monthly fees NO contract NO pay-you-go
plan. ONE-TIME purchase on myvoipline phone and you are all set.
If you prefer to use a regular phone (i.e. your cordless phone) as a VoIP
phone, then you might want to think about purchasing the
“mini”, the travel size adaptor
that turns regular phones into VoIP phones.

. What basics do I need to use the IP phone?
Just a fast/high speed internet connection!
